Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce: When To Keep What You Have
Platform changes are expensive. Many stores need operational cleanup before they need a migration.
The strongest reason to keep your current platform is that the real problem may not be the platform.
If checkout is confusing, catalog structure is weak, integrations are brittle, or support ownership is unclear, moving to a new store can preserve the same problems with a bigger invoice attached.
Sometimes migration is the right decision. Sometimes the better move is to improve the existing store, clean up the operations around it, and wait until there is a stronger business reason to switch.
The point is to fix the business bottleneck, not collect the most impressive stack.
